TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The 2nd Car Kit Offer (“Offer”) is provided under these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By participating in the offer you agree to these Terms.

2. The Offer gives you a FREE 2nd Car Kit to the value of $129.00 Australian dollars incl. GST when you purchase an OzNav Boomerang Portable Car Navigation device from any retail outlet. If the 2nd Car Kit is not already included in the box, we will then mail one out free of charge.

3. The Offer is only available to Australian residents.

4. To be Eligible, you must purchase an OzNav Boomerang Portable Car Navigation prior to the 30th September 2007 (“Offer Period”) and your product must be registered before 30 September 2007 (“Closing Date”). Devices registered after the (“Closing Date”) will be ineligible for the FREE 2nd Car Kit.

5. To claim the FREE 2nd Car Kit, claimants must:

(a) purchase an OzNav Boomerang Portable Car Navigation unit from an approved participating stockist during the (“Offer Period”);

(b) complete the online registration form including all mandatory fields.; or

(c) mail your warranty registration form in a stamped envelope to OzNav Registrations 166 Christmas Street, Fairfield, VIC 3078.

(d) All registrations must be received before 5pm (EST) on the (“Closing Date”).

(e) A FREE 2nd Car Kit will be sent to the person named on the registration form within 28 business days of registering their device.

6. Zylux Distribution Pty Ltd (OzNav) does not accept any responsibility for late claims or any lost or damaged registration forms.

7. Zylux Distributions’ (OzNav) decision on all matters relating to the Offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these Terms. The Offer is subject to verification checks and procedures by Zylux Distribution (OzNav), as applicable. Claims will not be accepted in circumstances where: the claim is made after the Closing Date; the claim relates to back-ordered products purchased outside the Offer Period; the same serial number is used in respect of more than one claim; the 2nd Car Kit has already been supplied in the kit; or the claim does not otherwise comply with these Terms. Zylux Distribution (OzNav) also reserves the right to reclaim the FREE 2nd Car Kit if the OzNav Boomerang is returned after the claim has been processed. No correspondence will be entered into after six weeks of the Closing Date.

8. Liability for any tax on any benefits provided to claimants pursuant to the Offer will be the sole responsibility of the claimant.

9. As the promoter of the FREE 2nd Car Kit Offer, Zylux Distribution Pty Ltd (OzNav) ABN 66 101 378 009, collects claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion and to authenticate the claim. If the information in the registration form is not provided, the claimant may not participate in the promotion. Claimants acknowledge that Zylux Distribution Pty Ltd (OzNav) will use their personal information for purposes which include processing the claim only.
